After completing his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015, graduating with Distinction and achieving the Deans Award, Ross has worked in multiple small practice Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Clinics in New South Wales and Queensland since 2013. From clinical treatment roles to Rehabilitation Consultant duties within the ADF, Ross has a broad range of knowledge from injury and chronic disease management to case management of injuries.
Ross has a passion for treating conditions that range from Musculoskeletal injuries to Chronic Disease/Condition Management (including Diabetes, Asthma/COPD and Cancer). Ross gets a lot of satisfaction helping people improve their health, wellness, and overall function and is a firm believer that Exercise is Medicine.
Ross has also worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Strength Conditioning Coach with numerous sporting teams and clubs within NSW including Blacktown City, Cherrybrook and Galston Junior Olympic Development Swimming Teams and the Hills District Representative Netball Team.
Ross was born in Johannesburg, South Africa but has also lived in California, USA where he completed his High Schooling and one year of University on a soccer scholarship. Outside of Exercise Physiology, Ross enjoys being outdoors, walking with his puppy, strength training, and football (soccer).
