– Thursday / Friday at Castle Hill
– Saturdays at Marsden Park.

How can massage benefit you?
Massage, more specifically deep tissue therapy, uses numerous techniques to treat musculoskeletal imbalances, helps to relieve pain and promote healing of damaged tendons and muscles and uses systematic and scientific manipulations of the soft tissues of the body for therapeutic purposes.

Chris will be joining our team as our massage therapist who specialises in deep tissue & sport massage.
