How It Works

Step 1 — Initial Assessment ($79.30)
1:1 consult to understand your health history, goals, and current movement ability.
We assess strength, mobility, and lifestyle so your program starts at the right level — safely and confidently.

Step 2 — Group Exercise Sessions ($25 each)
Supportive, small-group training tailored to individual needs and led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Sessions focus on:

  • Strength and mobility
  • Safe, progressive conditioning
  • Building confidence with movement
