TURN KNOWLEDGE INTO CONFIDENT CLINICAL DECISIONS
Personalised clinical mentorship for physiotherapists who want to move beyond uncertainty and develop the confidence to practice independently.
This program is led by Dennis, owner of The Movement Clinic Sydney and a highly experienced physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience both in Australia and internationally.
Originally from the Netherlands, Dennis has worked across multiple healthcare systems in Europe and Australia. Through his own journey, he understands firsthand the challenges physiotherapists face when adapting to a new clinical environment — whether you are an internationally trained clinician or a new graduate starting your career.
Over the years, Dennis has observed a consistent pattern among physiotherapists entering independent practice.
Many have strong theoretical knowledge but struggle with:
Recognising how common these challenges are, Dennis has chosen to offer a limited number of personalised clinical mentorship places each year.
These programs are designed to provide focused, one-to-one guidance to help physiotherapists build confidence, sharpen clinical decision-making, and transition successfully into independent practice.
Many physiotherapists — both new graduates and internationally trained clinicians — experience similar challenges when they begin treating patients independently.
You may recognise some of these situations:
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
Most physiotherapists develop confidence only after years of trial and experience.

Participants receive mentorship in a real clinical environment, guided by a senior and very experienced physiotherapist.
Our mentorship programs are delivered in a personalised one-to-one format and are designed to support physiotherapists at different stages of their professional development.
