Brody Southall is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who delivers evidence-based, individualised exercise therapy to support people living with complex and chronic health conditions. His work focuses on improving physical function, confidence, and long-term wellbeing through safe, structured, and goal-driven movement.
With postgraduate training in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Brody has developed broad clinical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiometabolic, oncology, and chronic pain conditions, as well as occupational rehabilitation. He has a particular clinical interest in oncology and neurological rehabilitation, supporting individuals across diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Brody takes a client-centred and holistic approach, combining functional assessment, tailored exercise prescription, and behaviour change strategies. He is passionate about helping people regain independence and build sustainable habits that support lifelong health.
Outside of the clinic, Brody volunteers as a youth mentor with PCYC, working closely with disadvantaged young people to promote empowerment, positive role modelling, and healthy alternatives to antisocial behaviour. In his own time, he enjoys training at the gym and practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
